Three days ago I have noticed white spots on some top leafs of my repotted snapdragon seedlings. The spots grew every day so I have snipped the tops. They were supposed to be snipped anyway, so no damage there. I have put the leaves under stereoscope and took some shots with my point-and-shoot camera and to my surprise it does show some detail.
Question: what can I use to stop the pests from spreading and will horticultural oil spray or applied with q-tips kill the mites or whatever is eating my plants.
I need help, I don’t want to loose them!!!!

My guess is that the plant suffered of insolation given its exposure under the light. We'd need more information on the handling and preservation though.
Thanks, Seb for pointing it out. I suspected bus of some sort and another reader suggested fertilizer damage. If only the plants could talk . No more sunlight for them. I have to learn to be patient with them. I still have to find a way to keep them in cool temperature as recommended. They will have to go in sunroom at night when lights are off. Right now they are under mix of cool and warm fluorescent lights from 6:00AM to 10:00PM (16 hours) with 8 hours rest in dark.
